Contributors who require an Acceptance Letter to apply for a visa must complete their submissions by August 23. Additionally, please email the Conference Secretariat (snpflyinghorse@gmail.com) by August 25 to request an expedited review, which will allow our team to consolidate and process these requests efficiently.

To assist contributors in securing the necessary documents for their visa applications in a timely manner, the conference is offering a special early review and notification process specifically for these submissions.
