發表規則 Presentation Guideline

1. 投稿規範：

(1).以摘要格式於線上投稿系統進行投稿。

(2).摘要以英文撰寫，內文不得超過250個字，並請提供3-6個關鍵詞。

(3).請仔細檢查投稿之摘要內容，投稿期間，投稿者可以自行修改，不限修改次數。(投稿期間結束後，系統會直接以投稿者最後一次送出的版本作為定稿版本，不允許修改。)。

(4).送出後收到系統確認信方為完成投稿，未收到信件請洽 snpflyinghorse@gmail.com 或致電 04-22216898。

(5).投稿帳號必須為發表者（作者群之一），收到「投稿成功通知信」後，發表者即可進行繳費並務必完成報名，最晚需於投稿截止日後的三天內(2026年10月04日)完成繳費，若逾期未完成報名及繳費，將視為放棄發表資格。

2. Type / 發表方式意願：

(1).Poster Session / 壁報論文展示：投稿者需自行印刷壁報至現場張貼，壁報尺寸為90 cm x 120 cm（直式壁報）。

(2).Poster Session / 壁報論文展示 + Poster Flash / 壁報精要短講：投稿者需自行印刷壁報至現場張貼，壁報尺寸為90 cm x 120 cm（直式海報），並參加Poster Flash。

(3).請配合於在10月31日上午10:00前完成壁報設置，並於11月01日議程結束前拆除您的海報。

3. 欲參與Poster Flash / 壁報精要短講須具備以下任一資格：

(1).具有臺灣天然藥物學會 (TSNP)有效會員身份，入會方式：http://www.scnm.org.tw/TW/Member/ugC_MemberRegulation.asp

(2).具有台灣自由基學會 (SFRR-Taiwan) 有效會員身份，入會方式：http://www.sfrrt.org.tw/AboutUs02/ugC_Company.asp

4. Poster Flash / 壁報精要短講競賽須知：

本屆壁報競賽採兩階段評選方式進行，參賽者須全程參與，方符合完整參賽資格；此外，參賽者須具備學會有效會員身份始具獲獎資格，未具有效會員身份者仍可參與競賽，惟不得領取獎項。

(1).第一階段：壁報論文展示評分

參賽者於指定壁報展示時段駐守於壁報前提供講解及進行交流討論。

評審委員於壁報展示時間進行現場實體評分，相關壁報展示時段請留意官方網站公告之 Poster Presentation 時間。

(2).第二階段：Poster Flash / 壁報精要短講評分

競賽時間：2026年11月01日(日) 09:00至10:30。

演講時限：每位報告者限時 90 秒（不含換場時間）。

發表規範：演講開始時，請清楚聲明您的「壁報號碼」。內容應聚焦於研究之關鍵發現，請避免致謝詞或與主題無關之報告內容。

(3).Poster Flash簡報製作與繳交規範(請於檔案上傳前留意以下細節）

投影片格式：請準備單一張投影片（比例 16：9），簡報語言為英文，並轉存為PDF與JPG圖檔格式，兩種檔案格式皆須上傳繳交。

軟體相容性：現場硬體僅支援Windows系統，不支援macOS系統。請務必自行於不同設備預先測試，確保簡報及字體顯示正常。

視覺限制：投影片內請避免過度使用Logo、商標或任何商業廣告資訊。

5. 檔案上傳期限

請於2026年10月19日至2026年10月23日23:59前完成簡報PDF檔上傳。

（活動當日恕不接受臨時抽換檔案，請務必於上傳前確認內容。）

6. 評選與獎勵辦法

大會學術組將綜合「壁報論文展示」與「口頭發表競賽」之表現，評選出優秀發表人，並於閉幕式頒發獎項。

Guidelines for the Abstract Submission

1. Submission guidelines:

(1).Abstracts must be submitted through the online submission system in abstract format.

(2).The abstract should be written in English, with a maximum of 250 words for main text, and include 3–6 keywords.

(3).Please carefully review the abstract before submission. During the submission period, submitters may revise their submission without limit. After the deadline, the last submitted version will be considered final and no further modifications will be allowed.

(4).Submission is considered complete only after receiving a confirmation email. If not received, please contact:

(5).The submission account must belong to the presenter, who must be one of the authors. Upon receiving the submission confirmation e-mail, the presenter may proceed with payment and must complete conference registration. Payment must be completed within three days after the submission deadline (by October 4, 2026). Failure to do so will be regarded as forfeiture of the presentation.

2. Presentation type preference:

(1).Poster Session: Presenters are responsible for printing their posters and display their poster onsite. The poster size is 90 cm × 120 cm (portrait orientation).

(2).Poster Session + Poster Flash (Oral Competition): the specifications regarding poster printing and display required are same as above. Presenters must follow the poster competition rules.

(3).Please set up your poster before 10:00 a.m. on October 31, and tear down your poster before the end of the symposium on November 1.

3. Participants in the Poster Flash competition must meet at least one of the following criteria:

(1) Hold valid membership in The Natural Medicine Society of Taiwan, please refer to the membership details at http://www.scnm.org.tw/TW/Member/ugC_MemberRegulation.asp.
(2) Hold valid membership in the Society for Free Radical Research Taiwan, please refer to the membership details at http://www.sfrrt.org.tw/AboutUs02/ugC_Company.asp
(3) Hold valid membership in the Taiwan Association for Traditional and Complementary Medicine, please refer to the membership details at https://reurl.cc/LaAZ8x

4. Poster Flash competition guidelines:

The Poster Flash competition adopts a two-stage evaluation process, and participants must complete both stages. In addition, participants must hold a valid membership in the relevant academic society to be eligible for awards. Those without valid membership may still participate in the competition but will not be eligible to receive any awards.

(1).Stage 1: poster session (onsite presentation)
- Participants are required to remain at their posters during the poster session to provide explanations and engage in discussions. Judges will conduct on-site evaluations during the poster presentation period.

(2).Stage 2: Poster Flash presentation

The Poster Flash competition will be held from 09:00 to 10:30 on November 1, 2026 (Sunday).
- Date and Time: November 1, 2026 (Sunday), 09:00–10:30
- Duration: individual presenters will have a limited time of "90 seconds" for their presentation, excluding the transition time
- Requirements: presenters are required to clearly state their “poster number” at the beginning, focus on key findings, and avoid acknowledgments or unrelated content.

(3).Slide Preparation and Submission (Please review the following details before uploading your file):

Please prepare a single slide in 16:9 format, with the presentation in English, and convert it into both PDF and JPG formats. Both file formats are required to be uploaded for submission. As only Windows systems are supported onsite (macOS is not supported), presenters should test their files on different devices in advance and avoid excessive use of logos, trademarks, or commercial content.

5. File Upload Period:
Please submit the PDF file of your presentation slide between October 19 – October 23, 2026 (by 23:59).

※ No file replacement will be accepted on the day of the event; please ensure that all content is finalized before uploading.

6. Evaluation and Awards:
Awards will be determined based on combined performance in Poster Session and Poster Flash, and presented during the closing ceremony.
